RENTAL INFORMATION
Our Puerto Rican Cultural Center facility is available for rent for
performing arts events, film industry, business meetings, company retreats, and more.
Our multi-room space is rich in Boricua cultural motif. Rental includes tables, chairs, wifi, AV and
more. See space description, rental rates, and photos of example uses below.

Our cultural center is a 2,100 square foot venue of
flexible space. Facility rental includes:
- two rooms with maple hardwood floors and mirrors
- large room (1200 sqft, 30 x 40ft)
- small room (400 sqft, 20 x 20ft)
- plus, a reception area (15 x 20ft)
- galley viewing area with oversized picture windows (40 x 5ft)
- high ceilings with bars to hang lights.
- lush outdoor area under grandmother Pecan trees (as available).
- Note: we do not have a kitchen.

Our facility space works well for a variety of events!
Rentals can include but are not limited to the following (see capacity guidelines below):
Corporate, Business & Nonprofit events:
- banquets & receptions
- conferences & seminars
- offsite meetings & retreats
- network and marketing programs
Arts & Film Industry
- commercials, film and photo shoots
- auditions and casting
- debuts and intimate performances
- fashion and art shows
- special workshops, health and wellness
Other Special Events:
- religious retreats and meetings
- weddings & quincenera
- receptions & showers
RENTAL RATE
Our base rental rate is $200/hr with a 5 hour minimum. Your total rental time
should include time you need to setup the room(s), ripdown, cleanup,
and for the event itself. Rental deposit with contract reserves your date. The balance
including security deposit is due 30 days before the event. (See note**)
Half-day (5 hours) - $1000
Full-day (10 hours) - $2000
$200 per hour for additional hours
Contract and 50% rental deposit reserves your date (nonrefundable), first come-first serve
10% Early Bird discount - when you pay in full 3 months in advance
The balance including security deposit is due 30 days before the event
$150 deep cleaning fee
$250 security deposit to cover damages and overtime (refundable after event)
**Note: Our Cultural Center enjoys ongoing programs. We require a contract and
payment in full 1 month before your event date to best serve rental requests so we can:
schedule host, rip down our programs, and deep clean.
ALCOHOL & INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Our facility complies with TABC regulations.
All events must provide a TABC licensed bartender if alcohol is going to be served.
Event insurance is required for all events; please include liquor liability insurance if alcohol will be served or will be permitted (BYOB).
Public events serving/selling/permitting alcohol may require security.
No weapons are allowed on the property.
CAPACITY & AMENITIES
Capacity depends on number of tables and chairs
required for your event. Examples include:
50+ (table-seated event)
75+ (seated presentation)
100+ (reception, semi-seated).
INVENTORY:
Tables, chairs, informal seating, wifi, and AV equipment
from our inventory ARE INCLUDED in the rental.
All are for indoor use only. Inventory includes:
48 folding chairs
5 round tables (seats 8)
4 six-foot tables
moveable benches for additional seating (seats 24)
EQUIPMENT:
WIFI (Google Fiber)
Big Screen TV
LCD Projector
Large Projector Screen
Soundsystem and mics (details upon request)
Black curtains for black box theatre (large additional charge, usage and labor)
For additional cost, We can make arrangements for additional rental needs beyond what we have.
IMPORTANT SETUP NOTES:
Renter is responsible for setup and ripdown. Tables and chairs
are located in a nearby closet, to be stored again after the event.
Decorations may not be hung with objects that create holes or leave sticky residue.
Food, drink, and spills should be cleaned, and event trash should be collected
and put in outside dumpsters at the end of the event.
Smoking permitted outside the facility if butts are discarded with care (e.g. bucket).
